Sebelum officially pindah masuk rumah haritu mmg dah siap2 cari arah kiblat. time tu guna iphone punye compass. Senang gile turn je iphone tu to 292°. From JAKIM's website the direction of Kiblat is 292° 31' 16".
kalo guna compass ni lagi senang sbb it comes with booklet that has the information of which index to use to determine the direction of kiblat.
Select the city and its index number from the booklet then turn the red arrow to the index number. for my case, im in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur the index is 85. nampak tak arrow merah tu point at no 85. So gamba mcm mimbar masjid tu adalah arah kiblat.
If rasa mcm tak berapa confident bole la guna a few option. last time i dah check using iphone now using this compass and both give the same result.
Kalo takde sume gajet2 tu normally kite akan cari arah matahari terbenam. tp kalo dah mlm cemane pulak?
Kalo dah sesak sgt bole je tengok piring astro sbb ia mmg mengadap ke barat tp tak begitu tepat. Piring astro 252.09°. tp most of the condos skrg not allowed anymore utk install piring astro sbb astro dah centralized for the building. so in my case mmg takde this option at all.
