one thing yang aku paling suka layout rumah ni adalah kedudukan bilik2 dia tak bertumpu at one side only. maksudnye kalo dari pintu masuk, bhgn kanan ade bilik and bhgn kiri pon ade bilik.
see. balance kan the arrangement of the room? main factor yg aku consider time nak purchase rumah ni 3 years back.
skrg moden concept condo mesti jenis byk tingkap mcm ni. mmg dah cun dah sbb pencahayaan sgt bagus. tp pengsan la bile pikir pasal langsir nnti T_________T
the master room, barely enough to fit one queen size bed. nampak tingkap tu?? itu bhgn blkg bilik. bhgn depan master room ni ade lagi 3 panel sliding window facing balcony. langsir lagi T_______T
the master bedroom's toilet. i like the design and the finishing sbb tak payah byk mekap dah. nnti tambah shower screen and big mirror je. and again, nampak tingkap tu?? hahaha
paling best water heater utk bilik mandi ni centralized mcm hotel berbintang-bintang. pusing je shower closet nak panas ke sejuk. best! best!
nampak tak? nampak tak? tingkap lagiiii. so mandi bole feeling2 tgk view sunway. hahahaha. ni bilik air no. 2. water heater tu mmg free utk this bathroom.
ni yard and bathroom no. 3. mmg agak terpinggir lokasi dia and kecik gile. paling best ade gak tingkap ala2 amik feel tadi. dh la toilet ni mengadap walkway luar rumah. so mmg kena tinted or letak blind kat tingkap.
actually, time ni buat defect inspection. cepat submit defect list tu cepat la diorg dtg repair. cepat tak cepat about 1 month jugak la from date submit report tu. so yg ni kena pantas sbb sblm renovate kena setel dulu defect2 ni.
